Bu haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetleyebiliriz: Komposto ve su gibi (birka\u00e7) bardak s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eeker hastas\u0131 olan ki\u015filer de oru\u00e7 tutacaksa onlar\u0131n i\u00e7ece\u011fi komposto \u015fekersiz olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden sahur i\u00e7in en fazla tavsiye etti\u011fimiz i\u00e7ecek kompostodur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2: Sahurda yemekten \u00f6nce do\u011fal vitamin \u00f6zellikleri olan beyaz lahana, havu\u00e7 ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u015feker pancar\u0131 suyundan olu\u015fturulan konsantre i\u00e7ecek de faydal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da kan temizleyici \u00f6zellik ta\u015f\u0131r. (Bu i\u00e7ecek \u015feker hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3: \u015eimdi yemek safhas\u0131na ge\u00e7iyoruz. Su ve bahsetti\u011fimiz i\u00e7ecekler yar\u0131m saat i\u00e7erisinde al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra sofraya oturulur. \u00d6nce \u00e7orba i\u00e7ilir. Sonra men\u00fcdeki yemek yenir. (Tek \u00e7e\u015fit) Burada dikkat edilmesi gereken husus \u015fudur: Ya\u011fl\u0131 ve k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yemeklerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca yava\u015f yemeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmeli, lokmalar a\u011f\u0131zda 32-33 defa \u00e7i\u011fnenmelidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4: Yemekle beraber su dahil s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7ecek al\u0131nmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Yemek bittikten 2-3 dakika sonraya b\u0131rak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5: \u015eayet sahurda kahvalt\u0131 tarz\u0131 tercih edilmi\u015fse (Zeytin, peynir, tereya\u011f, yumurta, bal vs) bu durumda s\u00fctl\u00fc kakao ya da \u00e7ay i\u00e7ilebilir. Sofrada bal gibi tatl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler varsa \u00e7ay \u015fekersiz i\u00e7ilmelidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6: \u015eayet yemek h\u0131zl\u0131 yenir ve hi\u00e7 beklemeden yat\u0131l\u0131rsa bu v\u00fccuda son derece zararl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7 organlar yorulur ve erken ya\u015flan\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden hem yava\u015f yemeye dikkat edilmeli, hem de sofradan kalkt\u0131ktan sonra en az bir yar\u0131m saat beklenmeli. M\u00fcmk\u00fcnse y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve sonra yat\u0131lmal\u0131. Havu\u00e7, biber, kereviz, domates, ve \u015feker pancar\u0131 rendelenir. So\u011fan elde ince uzun bir \u015fekilde do\u011fran\u0131r. Patates ise ince uzun bir \u015fekilde do\u011frand\u0131ktan (k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck parmak ebat\u0131nda) sonra 10 dakika kadar tavuk suyunda ha\u015flan\u0131r. Daha sonra rendelenmi\u015f di\u011fer malzemeler de kaynamakta olan tavuk suyunun i\u00e7ine at\u0131l\u0131r. Be\u015f dakika kadar kaynat\u0131l\u0131r. Bu kaynama i\u015fleminden sonra bu defa rendelenmi\u015f dere otu, maydonoz, kereviz yapra\u011f\u0131 (3 tane) ve defne yapra\u011f\u0131 (5 tane) \u00e7orban\u0131n \u00fczerine ilave edilir. \u00c7orban\u0131n tuzu, biberi uygun oranda kat\u0131l\u0131r. Sonra ocak kapat\u0131l\u0131r. On dakika beklendikten sonra yemek i\u00e7in servis yap\u0131labilir. (Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve afiyet olsun)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>NASIL \u0130FTAR YAPMALIYIZ&nbsp;<br \/>\n(\u0130FTARDA NELERE D\u0130KKAT ED\u0130LMEL\u0130)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1: \u0130ftar\u0131 1-2 adet hurma ve yar\u0131m bardak kefirle a\u00e7may\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz. \u015eayet kefir yoksa ayran ya da yo\u011furt gibi s\u0131v\u0131 g\u0131dalar da olabilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2: itfar\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131ktan sonra hemen yemeklere ge\u00e7mek yerine ak\u015fam namaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131lmak do\u011fru olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hem midenin yeme\u011fe haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, hem de dolu mideyle namaz k\u0131lma zorlu\u011fu ya\u015famamak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olan budur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3: Namazdan sonra sofraya oturulur. Yava\u015f bir tempoyla s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7ecek al\u0131n\u0131r (\u00d6ncelikli tercihimiz komposto, su). Sonra \u00e7orba i\u00e7ilir. (Yukar\u0131da tarifini verdi\u011fimiz lahana \u00e7orbas\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece elzemdir). \u015eayet \u00e7orba yoksa salata tercih edilebilir. (\u0130\u00e7inde ye\u015fillik ve salatal\u0131k mutlaka bulunmal\u0131). Cac\u0131k da olabilir. Salata tabi ki \u00e7orba ile de birlikte yenebilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4: Sonraki a\u015famada yine yava\u015f yemeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilerek men\u00fcdeki yemek yenir. Yeme\u011fin tek \u00e7e\u015fit olmas\u0131 gerekir. B\u00f6ylece mide zorlanmam\u0131\u015f olur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00e7\u0131klama: Yemekte ki ekmek miktar\u0131 ki\u015finin b\u00fcnyesine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik arz eder. T\u0131pk\u0131 sahurda oldu\u011fu gibi k\u0131zarm\u0131\u015f ve ya\u011fl\u0131 yemeklerden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak gerekir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5: Yeme\u011fin ortas\u0131nda su i\u00e7ilmemeli, sofradan kalkt\u0131ktan sonra 5 dakika kadar dinlenmek gerekir.
